• About the scholarship

    The use and development of digital tools have significantly changed the way we communicate and gather information in our modern world. Award-winning entrepreneur in the Ad-tech Industry, Jason Kulpa, created the Jason Kulpa Digital Scholarship to help motivated college students achieve their scholarly and research goals in the digital space. To enter for a chance to receive this $1,000 scholarship eligible students must submit a short 500-word essay. Full conditions for applying for this scholarship are listed below.

    About Jason Kulpa

    Jason Kulpa is CEO and founder UE.co. As San Diego Business Journal’s “Most Admired CEO” of a private company, Kulpa leads his teams with a mixture of experience and skill. With a focus on progressive company culture, Kulpa continues to grow UE.co while still making time for his community. He is active in San Diego’s Humane Society and Police Foundation.

    Eligibility

    To apply for this $1,000 scholarship students must be interested in studying science, technology, engineering, or math, and meet at least one of the following criteria:

    • High school students graduating this calendar year and have been accepted into a college, university, trade school, or design school.
    • Students currently enrolled in a college, university, trade school, or design school. 

    Guidelines

    Jason Kulpa wants to read your response to the question, “How can the world benefit from the growth and expansion of digital media?” This should be a short essay (under 500 words).

    Application Process

    Please fill out the form below completely. By submitting an application, you are giving Jason Kulpa consent to use your essay, name, and additional information for marketing and research purposes.

    Submission Deadline

    August 15, 2018.

    Winner Selection

    Once the application period ends, the Jason Kulpa Digital Scholarship Committee will review all submitted applications. Once a winner has been selected, the winner will be contacted in September 2018. If the winner does not respond after two weeks, a new winner will be chosen. When the winner’s school information has been verified the funds will be sent to their school’s financial aid department.
